I have three 2nd floor rooms and a staircase that need refinishing.
Room #1
Living Room
Approximately 600sf
New 5/16” top nail 2” wide white oak
6” border to be stained to match adjacent room
Remainder to be sanded and finished with water base polyurethane
Room #2 and #3
Kitchen/den area
Approximately 500sf
5/16” top nail white oak already installed and finished
These rooms need refinishing and have a couple worn spots under chairs
Stairs
13 treads
New 5/16” top nail 2” wide white oak with nosing
30sf mid landing - also 2” wide white oak
Will need sanding and refinishing
