Just putting this out there to see what kind of interest there is in a rare and collectable Chinese oven. I've done an internet search for it and found a little information. Primarily that they're rare and quite collectable in the Tiki and Trader Vic's communities. These were made in the '60's. This one had some surface rust and appeared to have been used very little. Sandblasting, wire wheel, and sanding cleaned it up really well and I then painted it with high temp paint. I tried to match the original gold you see that was on the wheels and handle. The emblem is original and has the manufacturers information on it. I believe all the parts and pieces are there (considering info on them is pretty limited). There is a internal rack for hanging meat, a veggie rack, a water pan, a fire rack, and an external hanging shelf. I also will include some new meat hangers that work for whole chickens or larger pieces of meat. let me know what you think. I will not entertain lowball offers. We can work out shipping if you want. Probably about $200 to ship to central Cal.
