Somatic Embodiment & Spiritual Wholeness: Daylong Class Workshop
When: Saturday, September 14th 10:00am - 5:00pm.

Location: 2041 Larkin Street on Russian Hill, facilitated through the MCC/Mindfulness Care Center a nonprofit organization.

This unique daylong will combine mindfulness practices, reflective teachings and understanding the emotional & somatic body. Demo's will include how we can work with and move through unresolved anxieties that often keep us feeling distant and disconnected from our bodies.

"I use memories, but I will not allow memories to use me . . ." Deepak Chopra

Together we'll look at how we can bring our intellectual, physical, emotionally and spiritual self into alignment. "What have you got to lose other than yourself? What have you got to gain other than yourself?"

Attendees learn the importance of integrating mindfulness with the somatic body so that we may inhabit the wholeness of our spiritual-self and life.

"Connecting to our bodies allows us to come into our spiritual wholeness. It's not about going away and ignoring the body it's about bringing our whole-selves into the present. ~Rik Center

This daylong is an understanding into The 6-Week DEER Program:Developing Emotional Embodied Resiliency 6-Week Program that begins on Oct. 3rd.

The daylong workshop is offered on a dana/donation basis. No one turned away due to lack of funds.
Suggested donation $30-$60. Mindfulness Care Center programs are for everyone to gain new insights into life, themselves and inner healing.

The Mindfulness Care Center was recognized by San Francisco Magazine and Voted The Best Of 2018 in "Mindfulness and Meditation."

These practices help us reconnect to our innate wholeness and our ability to contain both comfort and discomfort within the neurophysiology of the body.

Facilitated by Rik Center cofounder of the MCC, a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, SEP - Somatic Experiencing Practitioner supporting others around unresolved anxieties and PTSD and a variety of emotional, physical and sexual abuses.
