Senior Program Director
The Senior Program Director will craft and oversee global programming included but not limited to culinary, marketing, procurement, engagement & enablement, and people & culture. The position will oversee critical functions of the above programs. This position will be strategic and often tactical in oversight of projects from inception to completion. The Senior Program Director will also be an inspiring and motivating leader capable of leading teams across multiple disciplines. An entrepreneurial mind is key in bringing all the disciplines to new heights.
Senior Executive-level background in multi-unit operations in hotels, restaurants, or other applicable food service
5+ years' experience leading multi-disciplined team across multiple regions
Experience with financial forecasting and implementation of financial strategies
Must be able to communicate with others to convey information effectively.
Ability to use Google suite programs for inputting and organizing data, ordering, and communication regarding feedback.
Foster employee development and growth
Grow talent pipeline internally and externally
Ability to travel up to 50%
Confirm that all Guckenheimer & the client's standards are met for the multiple disciplines
Partner with Operations & Development to run all aspects of the business
Must follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents.
Commit to the service values and ethics of the client company. In doing so, also strive for continuous improvement through monitoring the quality of the product and service provided to the customers.

Reporting to this position:
Regional Marketing Manager, Program Managers.
Procurement and People & Culture Managers have dotted line reporting to this position.

Physical Demands and Working Environment:
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
Employee must be able to work on their feet 7.5 hours per day excluding breaks.
Employee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.
