I picked up this damaged rack intending to refurbish it, but I really don't need another project. The rack is in great condition, but the hitch mount was damaged. Buying a replacement lower assembly (like https://rerack.com/products/8890313-used) would fix everything, or you could try and replace the individual parts that are damaged. I already partially disassembled the rack for easier storage.
