It's everything you see in the pictures less possibly the rear der on the Trek frame.
You can either build up a really good Trek, has all the rapid trigger shifters, derailleurs, etc Cranks
The Magna you can use for parts or build that up.
Even for the bike novice, there are loads of great "bike repair" videos that show you how to rebuild older bike frames.
It's all Free for 2 lbs of good coffee.
**Note: For the several individuals who want me to donate the bike frames completely free of charge, no coffee etc.
What does a pair of bike pedals cost, especially if you need them today for a bike rebuild or repair on your own bike?? $10
What does it cost for a pair of working trigger shifters that you need? $25 to 40? At least.
I'm not even talking about the actual frames. But you can't go to Grocery Outlet, spend 5 min, grab one cheap bag of coffee as a friendly gesture, then come get 2 decent bike frames? What's wrong w/ this World? lol
