This beautiful DeSalvo was tig-welded half a mile from my house by Mr. Mike DeSalvo, a NAHBS winner and master crafstman! It's a beautiful beast that has been my go-to trail bike. Nice Columbus Zona tubing for miles of off-road smiles. Frame bag and fork mods make it a bikepacking blitz bonanza.
This price includes shipping and insurance to your door from Ashland, OR via paypal or venmo goods and services (offering you protection for an online transaction). I have an eBay profile with great feedback, happy to share that. I WILL be in pac heights at my in-laws 11/21-25, however I can't guarantee this will still be available that far out.

-Includes Rogue Panda framebag custom built for the frame. Look great! Bolts to the water bosses for less straps.
-Chris king headset is newish. Matching Salsa QR seatpost clamp and Race face XC post included. Front Avid bb7 caliper, rotor, and top pull xtr FD included if desired.
-Clears an actual 26 x 2.35 rear (Maxxis dtf 26 x 2.5) and a 26 x a lot in the front! Likely fits Surly extraterrestrials, never tried. Those tires and some 26 x 2.35 icons are for sale, too.
-Had triple bottle bosses , mid fork braze on, and canti studs added to the fork. Why not. Fork has a looong uncut 10" steerer and is suspension corrected to the original fork. This is the Surly 1x1 fork with triple butting, a little nicer than standard.
-Frame dimensions are pictured in the google drive. Great for a humanoid between 5'9"-6'1" depending on your body dimensions and desired fit.
-The powdercoat is challenged. No rust inside the tubes or on the powdercoat chips. I have been adding evaporust (which turns the bare frame black and protects it) plus bits of red nail polish to stay ahead of any rust. When the fork was modified, I did not re-clear coat it. No signs of rust garaged in my dry climate. I'd treat it or re-powdercoat the whole job. Frame is otherwise straight and free of dents except where some chain-suck is present. I could drop it off with Mike for a repaint if you really want, but you'd be responsible for the transaction after dropoff.
-Pictured wheelset was handbuilt by me - 26" velocity cliffhangers, 32h. Front WI disc hub and disc rim (fine w/ rim brakes) and rear DT Hugi hub for 8/9/10s setup. Both true and smooth. Another $300 with the frame, $400 separate. This will increase the shipping cost.
