This is an adjustable bike stem made by Ritchey. It’s been in a drawer unused, and in open box condition. Some of the white brand label print is rubbing off, as to be expected with age and this has no impact on functionality.

This size bike stem appears to be no longer sold by Ritchey. This would retail for about $60.
