Vintage Raleigh 3 speed Amsterdam Bike - $175 (richmond / seacliff)

Hi! I'm selling a cool old (1980s?) Raleigh 3 speed all-steel (except chain guard) bike.
The woman I purchased it from imported it from Amsterdam, where she lived and fell in love with it. She had kept it garaged in SF for many years, replacing the tires/tubes at some point.
I bought it three years ago and haven't ridden it much.
I had the 3 speed gears serviced and recently had a new chain installed.
The bike shifts smoothly. The coaster brakes work as coaster brakes do.
The plastic chain guard is cracked in several places and needs to be replaced/repaired.
The bike is painted (black over red).
The dynamo is not functional. The tail and headlights do not function.
The tire lock has the key. I have not tried to close it, which removes the key.
The bike is made of steel and made to last. It's an awesome vintage ride that is best suited for flat terrain.
I do not know the frame and wheel size. It is an adult bike. I am 5'8" and it could accommodate a person several inches taller and shorter than that.
