Main active issue is that the right seat stay has a dent in it--as far as I can tell there's no crack in the metal itself and it's held up after a year of light trail/xc riding, but the rear swing arm probably needs to be replaced if you're going to be safely riding this bike on anything spicier than greens/fire roads, which is the main reason for the price (from what I can tell its probably $300ish for the replacement part).
Otherwise, it's generally in good working order--probably needs brakes bled, lowers serviced, and re indexed at some point in the next 6 months. I have broken and replaced one spoke on the rear wheel recently, so probably needs re-truing some point relatively soon as well. The remote lockout works but can be a bit fiddly, so I've excluded that from the price.
