All parts are OEM, the changes I've made are putting protective film on the down tube and chain stays, converting tires to tubeless, and switching out the stock pedals. The only wear and tear is is cosmetic--a few minute scuffs on the frame (no deep scratches) and scuffs on the crank arms and brake clamps.
Fit wise, I'm a little under 6'1", bike fits me but borders on small: when I was researching it most people who fond it fit well were between 5'10 and 6'1".
MSRP $2699, I'm also willing to sell the frame for $700. Provided you're interested in the frame I am also willing to sell the fork for $80 and potentially other parts a la carte as well. $50 off if you BYO pedals or want the off brand OEM ones.
