****Three - Three drawer file cabinets - sturdy, high quality, metal - $145 (San Francisco)

- A. I am selling 3 identical file cabinets as follows:
- 1. $399 for all 3
- 2. $145 each
- B. Measurements:
- 1. Each file cabinet is 36" wide x 18" deep x 39" tall
- 2. Each drawer is 33" wide x 16" deep x 9-5/8"tall
- C. In good condition, well made, very high quality old school, solid construction with heavy, solid metal.
- 1. There are a very few, very small spots of rust in occasional places, but hardly noticeable and definitely not very significant.
- D. About:
- 1. There is a metal divider that comes with each drawer that allows variable width files to be hung.
- 2. Files can be stored in various ways -- horizontally or vertically
- 3. You can purchase hanging file hardware and design the configuration that suits your needs.
- 4. The drawers have various pre-drilled slots that the hardware can fit into -- see photos #9, #10, & #11.
- 5. The file drawer door opens up and then slides into the cabinet above the files -- see photo #15.
- 6. 100% of the drawer slides out so you have easy access and viewing of every file hung in the drawer.
- 7. In the photos you will notice little yellow post-its on the front of each drawer of the cabinets. I forgot to remove them before I took the photos.
- a. They will be removed before you come to pick them up.
- b. Before we ever decided to replace these file cabinets, I put post-its in front of each drawer as I packed its contents into bins so I would remember what to put back into each drawer after our upgrade was done.
- E. Why we are selling these wonderful, well-made, sturdy, quality file cabinets:
- 1. We upgraded our basement and everything in our newly decorated basement is white. The beige file cabinets don't match our color scheme, unfortunately. So we are selling them and have purchased new ones that are the right color.
- 2. Unfortunately, the new ones are made in China, not as sturdy, or well made, and have thinner metal compared to these old ones, which were made in the US with US sourced metal, and which are just of better quality, but the new ones look better.
- 3. When you come here to pick them up, you are welcome to compare the quality of what we are selling you with what we bought. You will then no doubt be very happy with your purchase!!
- F. You will need to come get these file cabinets or I can arrange to deliver them to you.
- 1. When empty each cabinet is not super heavy, so two people can easily carry one file cabinet.
- 2. If you need help, I do have a van and for a small additional fee to cover my time and gas, I would be happy to help you move whatever you purchase to your location if it is a reasonable distance. We can negotiate that after you decide to purchase one, two or all three, but I am flexible and happy to support you.
- G. Please note: I am happy to show you these file cabinets in person, but only if you are very serious about purchasing one or more. So please ask all your questions before you ask to come see them.
