Revolutionary AI Sports Tech Investment Opportunity

At ProFitX, we unlock groundbreaking financial and performance insights on individuals, transforming how talent is evaluated, managed, and optimized. Our unique approach combines both qualitative and quantitative data (internal and external) together with advanced AI algorithms to generate real time and predictive insights that organizations can utilize to drive better decisions and financial outcomes.

While our core platform technology was developed for use in the $10B+ sports analytics market, there is a substantial utility and demand for the same performance analytics tools across the $29B+ human capital management market. Our solution is applicable in both sectors, and we have a B2B enterprise version (for employers), and a B2C version (for individual consumers).

We successfully completed initial pilot programs with Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks this past year (along with other notable professionals and media partners below), and we're now ready to scale our solution in both the enterprise and consumer markets.

17 NBA Players engaged ProFitX to help negotiate their contracts during past two free agency periods with access to our technology, data reports and AI Contract models. Total value of athlete contracts negotiated exceeded over $200M+ utilizing our models. Added 6 NBA Players as partners during Beta program that generated around $10K in revenue.

21 NBA Teams had access to technology utilizing different aspects of the technology for player development, evaluating player potential, roster construction, scouting, starting/rotation units.


Media Partners:

8 Media Partners: ESPN, Bleacher Report, Hoops Hype, Forbes, NBA on TNT (During Playoffs on National TV), The Athletic, Sports Illustrated utilized our models/data reports in articles. 11 Sports Agencies utilized BETA technology. Over 250 contracts influenced by ProFitX AI Models displaying accuracy/influence during Pilot Program.



Consumer Beta Pilot Program(focused on sports analytics/betting market)

Individual Consumers. Had 2,450 customer signups during our initial BETA testing, where we offered offering a "Free Trial" for the 24 season. We gained critical interface and analytics data feedback from users that we are integrating into our product as part of our MVP phase.

Consumer tech has immense value at 70% accuracy for sports bettors with live odds integrated into betting models and mobile app $300 (55% is benchmark for MVP type year for pro sports bettor. Backtested and validated.

Key ProFitX API: Built custom API with over 140 data points that we use in our enterprise and consumer platforms to develop Player Grades that enable critical evaluation and assessment of talent performance and value.


We are currently raising $850K in a seed round to extend our technology's analytics capabilities and enhance our go-to-market strategies across the enterprise and consumer markets.

Organic and paid marketing along with product validation with new and current brand ambassadors will put us in a position to be profitable within first 6 months on consumer tech.
