This is a very large wood carving antique of three bears with caught salmon carved in Hokkaido, the northern most island of Japan. The Ainu people of Hokkaido are well-known for their tradition of carving bears.

This is unique and rare piece. Measures W 22" x D 13" x L 47" and likely weighs upwards of 100 lbs. Very polite work and deep taste.
