Very beautiful original Arts and Crafts photograph by well-known Maine pictorialist photographer, Bertrand H Wentworth (1868-1953). Signed by the artist in ink, on the image, lower left: "COPR. B.H. WENTWORTH". Titled with artist's stamp and a Wentworth had an exhibition of his photographs at the Gallery of the Boston Society of Arts and Crafts in January, 1920 and they were featured in The American Magazine of Art in 1918 (in an article titled "Mr. Wentworth's Pictorial Photographs"). He illustrated a number of books with his photographs of the New England landscape and coast.
