If you're a painter and only want to buy one more easel ever in your life, this would be it. I love this thing, it's rock solid, made of Italian beechwood, can hold pretty much any canvas you can physically reach across, and is adjustable in every direction so you won't have to hunch. You can still hunch if you want, I definitely do, but you won't technically have to anymore.
No defects, all parts fully present and working. It has a bit of paint on it here and there because it's an easel, hopefully you'll continue to contribute to that tradition after you bring it home.
You can get this model at Blick for a bit north of $400 new, plus an ungodly shipping charge because it's not sold in any stores locally. I'd recommend grabbing it off me for half price though. Bring a car when you pick it up, it folds down quite a bit but it's still a significant pile of hardwood to haul around.
