ABOUT MICHEL DELACROIX
“Born in 1933, Delacroix began painting at a young age. He eventually went to art school and after experimenting with different styles, began to develop a unique primitive naive style reminiscent of folk art. During the late 1970s he began working in print making and his artwork was published and sold throughout the world. In the US, Michel Delacroix has enjoyed immense success, selling out numerous editions and printing several books on his artwork. The artist has had numerous one man shows around the world and was commissioned to do the official painting of the 1996 Olympics.”
