As advertised and reviewed, this has been a great grill. Works now just as it did when it was purchased. Heats high and quick. Comes with a manual and suggested cooking time chart. Weather cover. The coating on the grates is super resilient. But, instead of wire brushing them hot, I have always waited for them to cool and soaked them in the sink in hot soapy water before scrubbing with a sponge. Excellent shape.
Propane tank not included.
