Inversion table with padded restraint bar and adjustable features. www.invertrac.com
The unit is sturdy and easy to use.
I've found it more therapeutic than the flat bed inversion models because you hang primarily from your knees which focuses the traction on the spine rather legs and hips. Also it maintains the lumbar lordotic curve because your knees are bent preventing low back flattening and strain.
It collapses to narrow dimensions, 26" X 44" X 10", to fit in a closet or on the side of a room.
I purchased this in June 2025 for $531 to help my pinched nerve L5 S1. The traction was great for my thoracic spine but did not help L5 S1 due to severely eroded disk that will need surgery to fix.
