The Cres Cor H-135-WUA-11-R full-height mobile heated cabinet maintains safe serving temperatures with its heating system, ensuring heat and humidity remain at proper levels. Temperatures can be set as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and when they are low, humidity can be set at 95 percent. Insulation in the cabinet and Dutch doors retains heat.
Condensation from the cabinet is caught in the front drip tray to keep the area around the unit dry. Pans sit on 11 wire slides with adjustable centers, and 5-inch casters under the Cres Cor H-135-WUA-11-R full-height mobile heated cabinet aids in transportation. Operators can guide the unit with push and pull side handles.
