- Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit and a $75 pet rent per month per pet . Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required.
- All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences.
