The space
Located in one of San Francisco's most desirable neighborhoods, you'll be close to trendy shops, gourmet restaurants, and beautiful parks. The apartment is located on the ground level, and has large windows that face north with an unobstructed view. Full kitchen with all the amenities to enjoy a full meal or a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of storage space and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is also an outdoor area if you want to sit outside and relax to enjoy the San Francisco weather.
Full size washer and dryer are in the unit.
Street parking only. Please note the apartment is on a steep hill so you can enjoy the full San Francisco experience.
There is a $300 Management Fee that is charged with the booking. This covers any utilities that go over $150 per month. If the bill does not go over $150 per month during your stay, this money will be refunded upon check out.
Other things to note
Mail cannot be delivered to the apartment. There are postal services in the area that can be used for mail delivery. Packages are OK
We do live upstairs and have a shoes off policy.
The backyard is shared with us but feel free to hang out there until 9pm.
Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.
