I'm the master tenant of a single family home and I'm looking for someone to share the space in this great Mira Loma neighborhood!
The house is divided into two spaces upper , where I live, and the lower apartment that I'm renting.
The apartment is a 1 bedroom with living room, kitchen, a mini fridge, bathroom and lots sun. It has plenty of storage space as well.
Here is the shared space part. The apartment below is not zoned for cooking so all the cooking is done in the upper part of the house.This makes us house mates. There is lots of street parking with NO street cleaning so you never have to move your car. Big Bonus!
There are several bus lines to get where you are going just 4 blocks away and we are a 8 minute walk from Forest Hill station. And a quick bike ride into the inner Sunset and West Portal.
This is a sleepy lovely neighborhood with great neighbors who look out for each other.
A bit about me:
I have been here for at 5.5 years and it's been the best sleep Ive had in my life due the the quiet. I'm a yoga teacher and personal assistant. I practice piano and love reading, music and leaning to knit. In my former life I was a professional dancer and choreographer and still keep very active but, also love going inward. I'm a long time meditator.
Looking for someone who has as similar schedule as me. I'm early to bed, early to rise.Good sleep is essential for my well being.
Sharing the kitchen as been one of my favorite parts of living here because eating is all about sharing to me.
I'm looking for 1 mature adult to share this space. No couples, No smokers and unfortunately No pets.
This place is ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet but also like sharing an occasional meal to break it up.
The pics in the ad represent when my previous roomie of 3 years was here as she made it so lovely.
2200. all utilities and wifi within reason! If you work from home cost may go up accordingly.
Move in coast are first month plus 2200.deposit which will be returned after all move our requirements have been filled.
Last month rent must be paid on the 1st day of the last month
