Pending hardwood floor refinishing starting Monday and will take 3-4 days, this large one bedroom apartment is a corner unit with many windows. The large bedroom window in the back of the unit was updated to a double pane window a few years ago.

The building completed its earthquake seismic retrofit in 2017, installed new roof last November. Fire alarm and cameras system (front sidewalk, front gate, inside entrance as well as the backyard) were installed this January.
