I'm leasing my Inner Richmond Garden Apt. in an old Victorian for 6 months (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March, and April, a little flexible on end date). You would rent the entire place. No pets or smoking allowed. Neighbors upstairs are nice, quiet people. You should be too. The block and neighborhood are very quiet and safe.
I've enclosed some pictures to give you a sense (even though I'm a terrible photographer). Very comfortable (700 sq ft is an estimate).Living room and dining area are spacious (table, large recliner, futon, coffee table). 2 Nice sized bedrooms with queen sized beds (one has an adjustable bed and small recliner). Bathroom with stall shower. The apartment has a laundry room with washer and dryer. Apartment looks out onto a nice yard with a propane gas grill.
Kitchen has a full sized refrigerator and electric stove/oven. Cookware, dishes, utensils, etc available. Standard Krupps coffee maker, food chopper, can opener, rice maker, slow cooker, toaster oven, and microwave.
Rent is $2400 per month. 2 months due before move-in. Also, $1500 security deposit required (fully refundable if everything is left clean and in order). Water, garbage, and wifi included. Electricity is separate.
Street parking. Walkable to buses (1, 38, 33, 44), shops and restaurants along Clement St., wine bar and great bakery on Arguello St. Farmers market every Sunday on Clement. The Presidio, Golden Gate Park, museums, Target, Trader Joe's and supermarkets all nearby. Apartment is halfway between downtown Market Street (east) and Land's End/Ocean Beach (west).

No open house. I don't want to turn this into a circus, but I do want to wrap this up ASAP, so please be serious. I am hoping to find a nice, stable, clean, and friendly person who can stay here while I attend to family matters.
