We are the owners of a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in a 12 unit TIC building and unexpectedly have to move out of state. We are in the process of moving our cats and remaining items out. I can show the place on August 22nd and 23rd. I can also take a video when I’m back in town that weekend.
We could also temporarily rent out just the 1 bed/1 bathroom for $2200 for the month of September. The cats will still be there for a few of the weeks in September, however, so you’d have to love cat cuddles.
The location is right across from Duboce Park, fabulously located. Walking distance to N Judah and J (the closest) but all other lines on Market St. are super close by too. There is typically available street parking during the day, and during nights and weekends you may have to hunt a bit more, but it’s usually great. You can get a permit to park in the street.
There is a shared rooftop lounge and garden space. We have a washer/dryer in unit, induction stove, bougie appliances, (the building was gutted and redone 4 years ago). We are on the ground floor slightly above street level with stairs, the building has 3 floors and a basement.
Bedroom 1/Optional office:
The room is furnished with a lower queen bed, small desk, and end tables. You might want to get a dresser or clothes rack for your things. The accent wall is a dark green and the room has plants. The bed can be folded up if you need an office. The bathroom is across the hall and has a tub shower.
Bedroom 2/Master:
The room is furnished with a king bed with memory foam mattress, small dresser, large closet. Red/gold wallpaper.
The attached bathroom has a large stand up shower with glass door, double sinks.
Living/family/dining room: Handmade real wood dining table, large Restoration Hardware brown leather sofa (seriously, this thing will eat you), Sharp TV, 6 antique dining chairs, set of weights, etc.
Cats and small dog negotiable, but there’s a 2 pet maximum for any unit. It is right across from Duboce Park, which is a dog park. We have cats so there are already scratchy posts and climbing areas for a cat in the master bedroom.
There is very little storage available. There is a spot for your bicycle in the back area to lock up to. Property has security cameras, and great neighbors.
You need to be dependable, trustworthy, responsible, clean, treat our home as yours, and pay rent on time. You’re welcome to get a housekeeper if you don’t love cleaning.
Deposit is one month’s rent. Lease minimum 6 months, with option for month-to-month afterwards.
PG&E is on average $125
Internet ($75) and water/waste averages $160.
We don’t need to use heat here at all, the unit stays on average about 68-72 degrees with the windows open.
Absolutely no smokers indoors.
