enthusiasts to join forces and push each other.
If you live in the vicinity of Forest Hill/ West Portal, I’m extending an offer
of leading a workout. Meet in the middle of Grand Pacheco Stairway.
Lets make a true HIIT out of in and combine KB with stair running.
Weekdays preferred. I could make it for a session around lunch time,
or run it later ~5-6pm.
I’m 41, male, have been working out for years, would be glad to share
