• Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
• Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• General administration tasks
Qualified Candidates should posses:
• 2+ years of Quick-books experience
• Knowledge of general accounting concepts
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Good communications, organization, and analytical skills, and be very detail oriented
