Seeking a Senior Accountant for a rapid growth Real Estate/ Investment company in San Francisco. This is newly created position has the fast-track potential to be Assistant controller next year. You will become part of a very successful company with an awesome friendly team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all portfolio activity and prepare consolidations
• Coordinate annual audit and tax reporting and compliance
• Prepare Management fee calculations for investor and fund allocations
• Improve policies and procedures and internal controls within GAAP
• Support Asset management, acquisitions, and portfolio analytics
• Work closely with Assistant Project Controllers

Requirements:

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• CPA, inactive CPA, or public accounting desired
• Minimum 3 to 5 years investment accounting experience
• Real Estate investment, Venture Capital or Private equity experience preferred
