We are a CPA firm seeking a junior-level bookkeeper to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This is a full-time, on-site position.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and have a solid foundation in bookkeeping.
Key qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with QuickBooks
Understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Prior public accounting experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to handle ad hoc tasks and time-sensitive requests
