We are a San Francisco small construction company seeking an individual to join our office staff in a friendly, team environment. The position is for a full-time admin assistant.
Some of the job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Perform and process various accounting duties. Answering the phone and correspondence with customers/vendors via phone and email. Sorting daily mail. Data entry/Filing/organizing.
Work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm.
We're looking for an individual that has basic knowledge of computer programs such as Excel. Multi-tasker, ability to communicate professionally both verbally and written. Motivated, positive, organized and detail oriented. You must be able to work independently and take initiative.
Construction experience is desirable but not necessary we are willing to train someone who has the motivation to learn.
