Needs some TLC. Base is made of molded plastic and has a crack in it - no longer holds water but if you want to fill it with gravel that would do the trick, or you could order replacement parts from spaulding.com (they have great customer service and fairly priced replacement parts). Backboard is partially detached from frame... this could be replaced (would make the thing look great) or for a couple of dollars worth of construction adhesive you could glue and clamp it and it would be good to go for the long run.
I can help load it in your truck or I have a pickup and if you live nearby I could help you move it.
I don't know how old it is... I got it for free 10 years ago and replaced a couple of parts along the way to keep it operational.
