Re-homing to a loving home - two dogs that desrve the world (Santa Cruz)

This isn’t easy to post, but my family and I need to find a new home for our two dogs. I’m still young, and even though I love them a lot, we just don’t have the time or money right now to take care of them the way they deserve.
They’ve grown up together, so it would mean a lot if they could stay together. They do have some health problems, but they’re both really sweet and just need someone who can give them more attention and care.
