My last dog, a 86-pound shepherd, had a condition that made her drag her back paws. It started with her not being able to walk well on hardwood floors or linoleum or any slick surface. Eventually, it also happened outside on grass, cement and asphalt, so I bought a pair of booties for her (she was a shepherd sized dog). Then I mutated the boots a bit so that the toes could not drag because I attached them to her ankles. It worked. Not good for running. Here are 2 sets of booties - they need a good washing, they smell like mildew after being in storage.
