Metal Post Removal (scotts valley)

I'm looking for quotes to remove this metal post from our property. It was used to support an old solar array. We have no knowledge of how far down it goes and whether it has a cement base. It likely extends at least 3-4 feet into the ground. Open to full removal options or cut / weld options sufficiently below the surface. Ignore the green cap, that is junk and not indicative of an underground structure nearby. If you can help, please provide a quote, how you would remove it, and experience.
