Bought this trailer recently for burning man, after getting back realized it was too big for my purposes and don't really have a place to store it as it's too long for my small driveway.
Pretty easy to tow, I pulled this with my E-350 without hesitation.
Replaced all four brake hub/drum assemblies, including bearings before the trip. Tires have plenty of life left.

Everything works as it should. Rear cargo door/ramp makes it super convenient for loading motorcycles/ATVs or other toys. No leaks in the plumbing.
-Previous owners took out the dinette and replaced it with a dresser (as shown in the interior pictures) - I removed the dresser and put in a jackknife couch/bed, can include it with the sale if you want it.
-No rust on the undercarriage.
-Shower/bathroom door is missing, but could be easily replaced if you feel its necessary (I didn't)
Previous owners patched a leak in the roof - it looks like a shoddy job so I would definitely re-do it, but on the recent trip I was caught in three days of torrential rain and it seems to be holding up - no leaking as far as I can tell.
I'll be deep cleaning it this week/weekend and will add more pictures/info later in the week. Currently located in Santa Cruz.
Will also consider trades for 4x4/AWD truck/suv - 4runner/taco (pre-2005), subie, etc - getting ready for snow adventures and need something reliable/capable. Less likely but may also consider trades for landscaping/irrigation/fencing work.
