All items are in good working condition. Selling to buy an RV.
The model is 2201MB, the trailer is about 30' bumper to hitch and about 26' box. It has double axles, and anti sway/level kit. tires are still in pretty good shape, estimate 5k miles on tires, and tires have been covered to prevent sun damage. I am the original owner, no smoking. We have had a cat join us on several trips (no accidents). If you search real hard im sure you can find some signs of a cat having been in there. I need to give the exterior a scrub, as it hasnet been washed recently, but is in really good shape. Have replaced anode twice, only cooked inside a few times. A small redwood tree fell and damaged the top of the ladder. There was no roof damage. Is pre wired for solar. I opted for the model with large bathroom closet instead of bunkbeds, this one only sleeps 4.
