Job Title: Painter (Seasonal)

Revival Painting is seeking skilled and experienced seasonal painters to join our team. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. Positions are available for both Assistant Painters and Lead Painters, with work throughout Santa Cruz County and Santa Clara County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform job site preparation and cleanup, including covering surfaces, applying masking materials, and maintaining a clean work environment
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers
- Follow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Clean, maintain, and store tools and equipment properly
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow directions, maintain punctuality, and uphold professional standards on all job sites
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a painter or in a similar role
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation methods
- Proficiency with airless paint spraying equipment
- Basic knowledge of plaster application is a plus
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to accept feedback

Compensation & Schedule:
Pay: $24.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Schedule: Monday through Friday; weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
