Description:
Established construction company seeking a skilled, well-rounded carpenter for full-time work in the Santa Cruz County area. We’re looking for someone who is confident in carpentry, concrete formwork, and deck construction, and who takes pride in producing clean, professional work.
This is steady, year-round work with competitive pay based on experience.
Job Duties Include:
Framing and general carpentry
Building and setting concrete forms
Deck construction (wood and composite)
Structural repairs and upgrades
Layout and measuring
Working independently and with a crew
Maintaining a clean and organized job site
Requirements:
Strong carpentry background (minimum 3+ years preferred)
Experience with concrete formwork and deck building
Ability to read basic plans and follow direction
Clean, valid driver’s license
Ability to drive a company truck
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Own basic hand tools
Compensation:
per hour DOE
