Dump Truck Driver / Equipment Operator (Santa Cruz & Surrounding Areas)
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience both driving small dump trucks with equipment trailers and operating mini excavators and skid steers.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in driving small dump trucks and hauling with equipment trailers
Experienced with mini excavators and skid steers
Willing and able to get out of the machine to assist the ground crew as needed
Strong work ethic, reliable, and safety-conscious
Team player with a positive attitude
This is not strictly an equipment operator position — we need someone who can run machines efficiently but also jump in and help with other tasks on site when needed.
