Skilled Carpenter – Decks, Stairs, Railings & Outdoor Structures (South Bay / Santa Cruz County)
We are looking for a skilled carpenter with experience in outdoor construction, including:
• Building decks (redwood & composite)
• Constructing stairs & railings
• Occasional fence installation
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience with composite decking and redwood
• Proficient in framing with pressure-treated lumber
• Steel framing experience a plus (but not required – we can train)
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow project plans
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
