This is a cute little universal grinder, great size for a home shop but with lovely hand-formed casting lines rather than the crude lines of the small import machines.
Made by the Covel Manufacturing Co. - Chicago, IL; Benton Harbor, MI
Universal grinder, so you can use it to grind or sharpen cutters, do inside and outside cylinder work, and also flat surface grinding.
Oil-bath ways and traverse gear, so no Turcite to wear out and need replacement.
Comes with a bucket of indexing and fixturing parts.
I'm guessing it's about 500lbs with it's base.
