Room for rent in Downtown Santa Cruz. The room is furnished, and you would mostly have your own bathroom. I live there with my 17 year old daughter who has the back of the condo and her own bathroom. I’m in and out all the time, so I would prefer a female student or full time professional. I’m ok with 420, but no drugs or partying. The condo has a pool, hot tub, sauna, and is in a gated community. I’m looking for month to month to start, but ideally would be long term. Rent includes all utilities.
