Our home is near 4-Corner's Market in Corralitos. Our backyard is up against a winter creek, and an organic berry farm.
The room for rent is approximately 12x12 with a closet,
Furnished with a Queen sized bed with a memory foam, so it's very comfortable. Comes with a book shelf & nightstand.
There's a private bathroom located right next to room for your use.
Our home comes with:
- Laundry, big kitchen, fast wifi, alarm, monthly cleaner, etc.
- Big beautiful backyard with garden, lawn, big stage; cold plunge, sauna, gym room, parking, etc.
My wife & I are the only ones who live here, along with our 3 year old cat Kaliyah, and our 7 month year old kitten, Treble.
Although my wife is currently housesitting in Felton, so it's mostly just me, cats, and the house.
I run two Music Schools in Santa Cruz & Cupertino, so I am pretty busy.
I decompress at night by watching film & I also appreciate socializing.
I am looking for compatibility with the right person.
Monthly rent is $1100.00 per month
PLUS $150.00 for utilities (Water, Garbage, PG&E, Spectrum Internet [500mg], Alarm & monthly cleaner)
