We are looking for an experienced massage therapist who would like to be part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic. SOL Santa Cruz offers Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Personal Training as well as Massage Therapy. The massage therapist would work alongside as well as under the guidance of a Physical Therapy practitioner and as part of an integrative rehab team. Sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release and trigger point therapy are preferred manual therapy techniques but not exclusive to this position. Communication skills are key as patients are often recovering from injury.
This is a part time position that is looking to start with 5-8 hours per week. Massages are booked by our staff and clinical equipment is provided (room, table, massage cream) with the exception of sheets. Massages are booked for 60 minutes. The massage therapist will be responsible for daily massage soap notes for each patient. Compensation is hourly and includes any gratuity provided by the patient.
Candidates must have:
California Massage License (CAMTC)
Professional Liability Insurance
