We are an established, high end spa seeking a licensed massage therapist who delivers strong, consistent bodywork and cares about the full client experience. This role is ideal for someone who wants steady bookings, a professional environment, and ongoing training in new modalities and add-ons.
Applicants must live in Santa Cruz County.
Weekend availability is required.
About the Position
You will provide client focused massage in a calm, upscale setting with solid front desk support and an existing base of regular guests. A minimum of two regular shifts per week is required, including at least one weekend day.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of massage experience in a spa setting
Strong professional references
Current CAMTC certification
Proficiency in Swedish massage and deep tissue
Familiarity with additional modalities such as sports massage, prenatal, hot stone, and trigger point
Interest in training for new modalities and massage add-ons
Working knowledge of basic injury management and recovery principles
Active professional liability insurance
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent communication skills and a grounded, respectful bedside manner
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Compensation and Benefits
$56 to $120+ per session, depending on length service type
$16.90 per hour for downtime between clients

Up to an additional 6–9% per session based on workload
