This is a PCIe card to add a USB C header ("E-key") to a motherboard that doesn't have one, so you can make use of the front panel USB C port on a new PC case. Requires an X2 or larger PCIe slot on the motherboard. Works perfectly, but I installed a new graphics card which blocks the slot it was in.
