Hello. I a single male 55 employed in the medical field for 30 plus years and have a secure job of 16 plus years here in Santa Cruz.

I’m looking for a private room with my own bathroom and or a very small studio.

The location I am looking for is. In Soquel and or Aptos area. I currently live in Aptos, and I am seeking other living opportunities.

I do not have any pets, I don’t drink, I don’t smoke and I do not do drugs. I’m a very easy-going, quiet person. I love spending quiet times at home and going out occasionally with friends and family.

My budget right now is $1,300 per month and that would have to include utilities. I am on a very tight budget right now and this is what I can do.
