Looking to rent a room for single 46 year old male and border collie. Im moving to the area for work and would rather rent a room than an apartment. I do have a dog , hes very sweet and doesn't cause any trouble. Id also be leaving him with a pet sitter while im at work. Im able to help with yard care if needed. Im from the southern Yosemite mountains. Will be working in santa cruz but able to commute from anywhere around the area.
