Hello!! I’m looking to rent a bedroom within a reasonable distance to the UCSC campus (or close to a bus stop). I’m hoping to find a nice and peaceful room that I can call home and be friends with all of my potential housemates. Ideally, I would want to move in SEPTEMBER and live here for the next 3 school years but I’m also open for a short term place. My budget is $1,200/month.
A little bit about myself: I’m a rising sophomore student at UCSC student majoring in Chemistry. I’m super clean (10/10 clean), organized, quiet, and pretty friendly. Additionally some of my hobbies are listening to music, cooking, and watching movies.
